They absolutely carry Justin, don't know about the style you are specifying. But their selection is extensive and their customer service is awesome.
I didn't ask about made in America only, but I was surprised at the selection. Although I Found A Pair there, I Also Had To Go To Internet For Another need.
They have boots from everywhere. I'm certain they have Justin. They have normal value priced boots and high end hand made boots. If you want it they have it, it they will get it. Excellent customer service too, they take time with you.
It's been a few months since I've been there, but if I remember right, they only carry boots that are made in the USA. They do have a huge selection.
