Yes. Only debit, has to be over $100 (as stated previously) and is technically an ATM withdrawal so it will be rounded to the nearest $5 and then charged a $3 fee. The fun part is that my bank charged me another $3 for this transaction since it was an ATM withdrawal. Also, make sure to ask an associate to let you see your total first. They do warn you that they charge taxes, but when I walked out and looked at my receipt I had been charged 3 different types of taxes and roughly $40 on about $120 worth of product.
