They are awesome
They are always busy and I shop there lots and like the store and the employees, well keep store and very polite employees
They can either answer their phone or check out your purchase. I like them checking out my purchase, or restocking what I came in to get, or reach on the top shelf because I am disabled and can not reach it from the cart. I prefer those to someone answering the phone.
Yes this Walmart is horrible at answering their phones. Answering phones is apart of the job of the person in customer service. Would be nice if they answered a call every now and then...
I've noticed that some employees just let the phone ring because their busy with a customer. But others will answer if they get a sec.
They care very much about there customer's. And there very good people. Everytime I'm there i always see them answering there phones.

They are fairly busy and sometimes don't have anyone in the customer service department. They are also fairly slow.
My best guess is that they don't care about their customers.
