Usually waiting time in Starbucks is 10 - 15 minutes but depends on customers sometimes takes a bit long to get the order.
I agree! Since this place opened two years ago or so the wait time is ridiculous and excessive! The few times I come it takes like 25 minutes for one drink! The orders are never made in the order that they are placed! DRINK ORDERS ARE MADE RANDOMLY and I know because l have watched them randomly just pick and choose and I asked an employee who confirmed THE DRINKS ARE NEVER MADE IN THE ORDER THEY WERE PLACED. I always go to the Starbucks on Stine and Panama because they are fast and efficient no matter how busy they are and have a great customer service . Also the drinks made at Panama and Stine actually have Flavor! Colony location needs new management or something! It's really bad here!
