I have 4 of "24" packs of AA Duracell batteries which are $14.99 each that were given to me as a gift. I was told that they were bought from target but do not have the reciept. Will i be able to still take them back if i have an I.D with me.

Yes, but you will be credited for in store purchases only. Basically you'll get a Target gift card.

Yes, without a receipt they'll give you a store gift card for that amount, they won't give you cash back.
