Does it bother anyone else that they don't answer their phones, I've seen it worse at this location specifically and once I get an answer from customer service they pick up the phone and then put it down again just to make the phone stop ringing.

They're to Busy not checking their customers out. And I want to apologize for being so negative but yes their prices are low but they ran out of bags, hello the Holidays are upon us, it's cold & flu season & nobody can tell the difference from COVID19 or these 2 so PLEASE FOR HEAVENS SAKE ask them to wear 😷 masks or they'll have to leave, runny noses, Adults seem to be the worse. I just don't think Wal-mart cares so if we take our Business elsewhere guess what, their kingdom will fall. I was ordering on-line but that's turned into a joke. I'm sorry I'm usually the first one to praise people & to be Thankful but UGH

This is a nasty store for customer service. I bought .80 cough drops and they scanned .94. When I said something to the self checkout person she wanted to know if I had proof and wanted us to go take a picture with our phone....for frickin'.14. Really they dont pay you for checking yourself and want me to take picture of all the prices incase it's wrong. I hated walmart stores.
