There is no dedicated space for kids to play or hang out. There is a separate hotel entrance from the casino so kids don't have to walk through the smoke and gambling. There is one restaurant that is not inside the casino, and a very nice indoor and outdoor pool you can take your kids to. I think your experience here will depend on the age of your kids and why you are visiting. I did not see a place were you can drop your kids off if you want to play in the casino. It's a good place to stay if you are visiting the national parks in the area, but there are motels closer to the park entrances. It's also a good place to stay if you want to visit the Sierra Mono Museum in North Fork.
