So I got a recording that the restaurant is closed till Feb 18...so bummed..my brother is in town for 3 days and I wanted to take him for dinnerwill the gift shop be open this mon Feb 11?

Yes, only the taproom is closed. The rest of the brewery (gift shops and tours included) is open. I highly recommend any of the tours. Check out their website and see if there's one that you'd prefer to do!
