No none of the places will even let you inside the area where you buy the stuff because you aren't in the network and have no state registration

Ditto what Chuck said. Also not sure where you came up with the 2.5% number but I think you have the decimal in the wrong location because that is way over the limit for a "low THC" strain. I think you're talking about <0.3% which seems to be the nationally recognized limit to be considered not able to get you "high". Good luck in your quest!
