Since when do restaurants like SubStation II get to disrespect customer's who patronize their establishments? Then when you talk to a manger,they in return disrespect you for bringing a concern to their attention?

I get a friendly vibe when I go there, even hellos from employees I haven't seen since last time. Maybe something else was going on? It's too bad though, no one likes being treated disrespectfully

Sorry to hear, if that happened. No one deserves to be disrespected, especially somewhere you are paying your money, to get quality product, and service! While, I've only visited there once, I can say, that my experience with staff, was very pleasant. Your option, of course, would be to not partronize, any place that treats you with disrespect, which I'm sure, you already know.
