No. You will need to wait outside and bark until someone lets you in. But that won't be until it's time to open the doors

I used to go and walk earlier than opening time all the time when I was pregnant last year and it was cold out. So I'm not sure if these other comments have any merit. And I used to work in the mall and there were always non-employees walking around before opening time.

Absolutely no access to non-workers before 11AM. The security will only allow properly credentialed individuals in prior to opening hour.
