That place is always so busy that I've sat there and watched them not answer the phone for an hour easily. Customers are aning out and waiters are waitresses are taken orders there is no time for them to stop and answer the phone. My suggestion would be to come into the store and make your order had been much faster
I would just stop on down an hour before and get some face to face customer service I wouldn't want to order from any place an hour before they are closing (their mind is only on leaving the place) You want quality food it takes time ...honestly they may not want to answer because the food would not be up to their standards
