Im not sure what your asking. But in the casino world for promotions like that for you generally have to spend way way way more than 7 or 8 hundred dollars and be a frequent visitor. It's a giant scam that favors addicts and by the way you didn't lose anything, if your at a casino you gave it willingly that's called gambling.
If you have to spend more then 500 dollars to win or receive something then the casino is stealing from people.
When I worked there it always seemed to be the black diamond players that were the winners. Either that or people that knew people. I play there a little bit, but its best to get the mindset that you will never be called. Only thing your guaranteed is food comps, little amout that it is and maybe if your lucky 30+ free play a month. Oh and your birthday they give you like 20- 30 extra. I've seen events around holidays there and they never go the way of average players. You have to know someone or be I black diamond or higher. Hope this answers your question.
