I really don't know about a smoking area but you can go out to eat but keep your bracelet on so you can get back in

You can smoke only in your vehicle and nowhere else. Yes you can go out to picnic area and go back in as long as you have your wrist band pass or pass card etc. It's a great place! Much Fun!!!

There's a little gazebo for smokers. You could go to town to eat and come back.... just keep your bracelet on....
