If an animal is a true service animal, the owner is required by law to carry on their person at all times proof. I agree, too many people are using that as an excuse.

Everybody does it . I was at a casino with signs posted all over and there was a woman with 4 small dogs in a play pen. I called over the security guard and said You have a sign posted service dogs only. How do you explain this ...we might offend them if we ask or they will say they are service animals. Really. ..gas a tone ever seen service animals in a play pen? Everybody thinks laws aren't for them
