Since they changed the seating are there wider seats or do the arms come up for people who are overweight that normally wouldn't fit in a regular seat?

The new recliners are a generous width. Perhaps call the theater for a more exact answer.

The arms do not raise, but the seats seem a bit wider than the other kind did

There is room with the recliners but the few ones that don't recline are wide seating but not a ton of leg room

The seats are wider, wirh the recliner models being the widest (marginally). The armrests do bot raise ir lower that I have encountered. I find the recliners to be more comfortable than the non-reclining models.
