If you know how you paid, date of purchase, etc. they can look up the receipt on their journal. Has to be done by management, but they can do it and print out a receipt if you have the correct info. You have to do it in person, confront them at the store. If that doesnt work call the corporate office & talk to someone higher up.

That's why I always use Walmart Pay through their app. You don't get a paper receipt but you can always go back in your histriy on the app and pull it up. They can scan it from your phone and you never lose your receipt.
Unfortunately, that's how it is. Since you bought a game console, and don't have a receipt, the store can't accept it back, since you can't prove you bought it from them. The store manager could decide to override that rule, but good luck getting her approval. Always keep gift receipts! You could also donate it to a worthy cause (me).
