Why do you call, when they are still open, and nobody answers the phone?

I have patients and I let the phone ring until they answer. I'm not wasting my time, gas to drive there and they don't have it. I have other things that I can be doing. They can make some walk over there and put their hands on it.

True, nobody ever answers the phone it's annoying.
