Been standing for 20 minitues was told this lady at customer service would help me. Next. She then helps another customer. And its now been another 10 minitues. After i ordered a video game 5 hours ago. Am i the only one?

Yes. The lines are usually long. I agree that they are poorly staffed.

No they are poorly staffed with a high turn over so that isn't uncommon

That location is actually the worst I've been to, anywhere in the country. I just moved back out here from southern Missouri, only about 30 miles from where Walmart started.... They're everywhere!

Yes it's typical. The employees at that Wal-Mart are exceptionally rude extremely unprofessional.
