I was in the restaurant and notice the person making sandwices and touching the meat did not have on gloves. I haven't worked in a restaurant for a number of years so maybe that is not required but it grossed me out.

Gloves are not required per food handlers.

Gloves should have been worn. If you don't feel comfortable don't eat there.
