They can, but can always call and it's always quick. We came from Michigan, it was packed, had 6 of us and within 15 they called us as we waited in the car and everything was perfect
When we went it was on a Tuesday night and we had to give a number so they could call us cause there was a wait for a table...but the food was real good and worth the wait...hope this helps you 🙂🙂
