Why do i have to come inside to get my replacement order that you guys messed up yet i ordered it thru the drive thru. Had i gotten the correct order the first time i wouldn't have been inconvenienced

Typically it is because a manager has to take care of your order. Crew dont have the authority to tale off while orders.
