Yes you can, you can take food inside eat at picnic tables, keep cooler with drinks the paths are clear and wide, you aren't allowed to venture off the path but they do have benches which I took advantage of, the walk down is not steep but steep enough to make me go slow.
I went a few weeks ago and no one was permitted to venture onto a trail. We walked around in a space no bigger than my back yard. We went through a small building that had fossils, had to wait hour to participate in a "fossil dig" , small playground, small room to watch a video, and souvenir building. BIG disappointment.

We took our own lunch and drinks and ate at the shelter's at the playground.
No. But they serve food.
No u cant. But for a baby like snacks n a bottle yes but they have a kitchen there to get food.
