The trails were concrete except the mammoth it was dirt. On a good dry day you would be ok
I don't think they have any but the trail doesn't have any stairs. You can't take a wheelchair on part of the path that has the mammoths and the photosaurus (big dino you can see from the interstate) but other than that part of the path you can take a wheelchair anywhere in the park.
Not that I know of, but the trails are fairly wheelchair friendly.

No chairs available but no steps at all. Parking lot is gravel so I would park closer to the door. But after that you are good.
