It is the requirement of the the State of Wisconsin DNR that any one born on or after Jan 1, 1989 or For Atv/UTV's born on or after Jan 1, 1988, must take a Boater Safety Certification Class. The Toy Shop is merely informing their clients that this is a requirement to operate on any Public Lake or Public Trail in the state. Please contact the DNR with any additional question.
Why do I see that only for this rental company in the area? I just looked at another one and they don't have that.
You have to have atv safety if you were born after 1988 to drive a utv.
