Servers, Bartender's, Host/Hostess and Management are masked (and gloved as appropriate).Tables, chairs and stools are sanitized after each seating. Social distancing is accomplished by removing some tables and bar stools, setting table spacing at 6 ft., where applicable, and limiting the number of patrons in the building to 25% of rated occupancy by use of table management/reservation software. Menus are placed inside plastic jackets, which are sanitized after each use. The wine list is single use only and is one per table. Credit card holders are sanitized after each use. No condiments or candles are placed on tables. Salt and Pepper is distributed to patrons (if desired) at the time food is served. Employees who suspect or are aware they have been exposed to COVID are required to quarantine and must have a verifiable negative COVID test before returning to work. Restrooms and and all other touchable surfaces are sanitized daily. Hand sanitizer is provided at the front entrance.
