A tattoo is not a set price. It's a piece of artwork. You pay for a service provided by a person, the supplies needed, and the person's talent to provide you with a custom design that will last a lifetime. That being said, you will be AMAZED by what that will get you with Eddie. I loved (still do) my 2 from him and so did my bank account! Already planning my 3rd. Call him! I know he is booked for the next 2 months so I wouldn't wait.
