They are being much safer than most restaurants we have seen. They are not (as far as I know) open for dine in. We've been in to pickup orders several times since the pandemic began. The floor is clearly marked for 6 foot social distancing, a clear plastic barrier is up between customers and staff at the register, carryout orders are lined up 6 feet apart on the bar so after you pay you can grab the correct order at a safe distance once your order has been indicated. Staff are masked up, and absolutely friendly. The food is packaged thoroughly and sealed, plastic wrapped around styrofoam containers and orders are labeled clearly on the outside, so your bag doesn't have to be opened to confirm the order.
They are following covid protocols.
