Yes. In the back. Ive used it for someone who had a walker.

I did not see access through the front entrance that goes downstairs. There are definately doors in the back that are at restaurant level, but you would need to call directly and ask them. Let us know what you learn, ok?

I have seen customers come in thru the back of the restaurant as well.
