Am i the only person that gets double charged and then has to wait 2 weeks for a refund?

I had it happen 2 weeks ago... card shows doubble billed they say no.... we hot refunded 2 weeks later... and it happened again 30 mins ago...

I've never had any problems and my family and I eat there frequently. The owners are good people and will take care of you.
