New owners are more about profits than anything else, prices on menu have skyrocketed and the taste of the food is not there like it was before it originally closed you can make fried rice with Vidalia onions diced up left over chicken from a store bought rotisserie a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and a couple drops of soy sauce for the color and some left over white boiled rice the trick is a hot frying pan with a tablespoon of butter drop in the onion & rice fry it for like two minutes then your few drops of Worcestershire& soy sauce less soy if you don't like a salty rice continue to fry for about a min then drop in your chicken for another minute or two to warm it back up to a suitable temp chicken will dry out of cooked to long
