Previous reply is accurate. It is an excellent experience. Three a wine pairing (extra charge) which I recommend as well. It is the best dining experience I've had in Connecticut.
The tasting menu is usually 6-7 course selections including their dessert. It changes every week or month depending on the chefs choice. My fiancee and I did this on our second outing there. The manager Vanessa or their INCREDIBLY awesome staff will make sure every bite is exemplary.
