how do I get someone to answer the phone at the avon lake store? It rang and rang and rang and rang for about 15 minutes. No one answered. I think I ordered something on line but near the the end of the process I was sent back to the home screen

Just skip calling. No one ever answers the phone ESPECIALLY in electronics. If your dealing with a on line order just call walmarts 1800 number you will have better luck.
