They should get a redbull vending machine
If you arrive after hours the food concession is closed.
They do have caffeinated coffee. Sometime they ran out of it. In that case all you do is ask the attendant and they will get you fresh batch.
There are a group of caffienated coffees available. I don't know about sodas, but definitely coffees
