I would not have went back after the first time that happened did you talk to management about it or wasn't their manager on duty sorry to hear that this happened to you but they should have made it right if you were waiting there and no one responded to you I'm sure this was a very unpleasant situation for you and your grandchildren I would also suggest that you call and ask for a manager and discuss this issue with them tell the manager what time you were in their facility and what took place especially if it happened on two occasions like I said I would have been willing to give them a second chance if that happens me even once

We were treated the same exact way and we went there every single week. We also will Never go back to Pizza Plus in Dandridge and I loved their BBQ chicken pizza.
