Can i get a list or read out of what meds i have gotten..before march 8th.?my insurance card was not being used.I have a form to fill out .i have no record no way to prove a claim.

Call them, they can do that but you'd have to call them for a date

I will try again i have been there 4 times stood in line was asked to go to other line.with no help no one would look up .to busy.i wont quit trying .i deserve a big sorry for them not using my insurance card.and refund from health plus.thanks.

Not sure because I don't use their pharmacy. But I'm sure they would.
