Wasn't crazy about their food or service but it sounds like you got screwed.
I would contact the owner. We've been going there (dine in) for almost 3 years and rate their food and service 4/5 stars. Their family owned.. They also have a bar & grill in Clio. Call and I'm sure they'll make it up to you.
I am a fan of mountain but not all of the waitstaff are cordial. I love most if the food. But i usually eat in with a corronna. So that could be a difference in quality. Shame though all the food orders should be handled the same.
Scott Ulrich, I took your advice & called the owner. At first he admitted I should get a refund because they ran out of cheese. When. I told him about the rude waitress he said"maybe you should go somewhere else" & hung up.
