They do have tanning included with the membership, you will be contracted for at least a year. Yes you will have access to any and all anytime fitness centers. You are looking at about at least 40 per month.
They have not fixed the tanning bed as far as I know. We have to take trips to the Ghent location for my girlfriend to be able to tan. It may be fixed by now but I would double check with management.
