Right across from the reservoir. Its above street level. The art is AMAZING...MUST VISIT!. People of ALL ages were visiting the tunnel.
Where the graffiti and the little trail is next to the rock structure?
It is a few minutes Walk up the street from the dam (across the street) it's a little elevated up off the street. There is a lot of trash and graffiti from local kids near the entrance sometimes but better once you get into it. Worth it to come out the other end/see the other side
