How knowledgeable are staff regarding food allergies? If someone came in and said "I'm allergic to coconut," would staff know what slices that person can't have?

My only addition would be that if you just grab slices to go the staff that handles that end is pretty young.

I went with some friends who had similar issues. Our server knew which options where safe, but she also verified with the kitchen staff to ensure the safety of my friends. They'll take care of you for sure.

Yes, I believe so.

I would think so. Staff should be trained and coconut is not an uncommon ingredient. Just ask and if they use coconut oil as well!

Honestly, I've never heard of coconut on a pizza, and would consult the menu for the ingredients to evaluate if that would be an issue. If they have or serve something like coconut shrimp, them there's a risk. You'd likely want to avoid items that would potentially share the same cooking equipment like fried items. Beyond that, I'd always inform my wait staff and possibly make sure a manager is also aware.
