Bring your own. Or find other accommodations. This isn't a walmart. It is an open air mall. Speaking of accommodations.. there are no public bathrooms outside of the restaurants or businesses.
It's not a service for the plaza, no. You can always call larger establishments such as Showcase Cinemas and Kings to see if they can actually accommodate.
