I bought tickets online for First Man. When I arrived the kiosk did not work so I had to get in line at the ticket booth to get my tickets. Why should I be charged a $2.00 service fee since I still had to get in line? I want a $2.00 refund.

If the above suggestions fail, you can file a dispute with your credit card company. I have had great success going that route.

You are asking for a refund from the public and Google maps users. Call the theatre, and explain what happened. I'm sure they'll help.
