Jeff, this is a public Q&A. I think you may be better off posting in the reviews section. Also, every receipt has information on how to make complaints known to the company. Maybe voicing your opinion there would promote change or at least an opportunity for the company to make amends. Some places you can buy a cup of ice for small charge. They have to buy their cups and lids and make the ice. It's not free for them.
Just like I was told today If I would of went up there with my sandwich not being cook all the way and not ate it I would of got a new one
Jeff, I don't know what to tell you other than we are in the business of making money hand over fist. If you feel that your concerns are not being met, go somewhere else next time. In fact , if you like the convenience of our food, quit whining and man up.
