Kitchen Manager here: Jung was working long, hard hours with a complicated menu that involved a lot of work maintaining prep and quality. Restaurant shifted so he could maintain a better family life and a simpler menu. We're working on shifting everything to the new brand.
Seems like theyre reverting back to rice blvd now!
I'll certainly miss the old stuff, but I'm glad it's better on his life. I look forward to seeing the new items.
