Yes they sell birds but they know nothing about them or their care, they sold me one with a botched wing clipping that has left this bird with nerve damage so it will probably never be able to fly at all.
They do sell birds. I have only seen the smaller ones in there.
When I was there a couple months ago they had a few parakeets and other small caged birds. Hope that helps :-)
