There is currently no tea shop at summit mall.
I know there's one in South Park Mall dont know the name of it but it's really nice they sell tea sets and accessories and of course tea in bag and in bulk and they have a verity of tea balls with stainless steel chains or tongs ..great place to buy gifts !! If you go up the main escalator in the middle of the mall its approximately 12 ' in front of you to the right ..cant miss it the tea pots line the windows and there's usually someone handing out samples ..i hope this helps you ..
