Why does this Wendys location show that it opens at 10am? Been here twice now at 10:15am and they aren't open. This location has really gone down the tubes!

I went there this past summer at 11am and it wasn't open. This store has gone down the tubes the past few years.

Was just told the other day while i was also waiting at the sametime they open at 10:30am. I know with prob a week earlier they were openinhg at 10. Guess they changed it up.
