Your pancake mixes are sold in the stores around without refrigerating - on regular shelves along with cornmeal products and grits. On the package it states "Keep refrigerated". How should they be stored? It does not say "refrigerate after opening".

After I open it up I put mine in a jar or freezer bag. Then freeze or fridge, I don't leave it out at room temperature.
