Better customer service...employees aren't helpful/are difficult to find when you need assistance. Clean/straighten the place up, it looks like a tornado hit it with toys, clothes, etc always in the floor. Put items where they belong...when you pick an item up, you'd like to know what the price is. If it's in the wrong spot, move it where it needs to be. There's never enough cash registers open. It'd be great if they had an app (like Sam's Club) where you scan the items on your phone, pay for them on your phone and show your "receipt" to the employee at the door...it's so much faster then standing in line to checkout.
More than 2 registers when self check out is closed or packed.
Hmm make it have better service like people wise or easier to find where stuff is, cause it's like super hard to find stuff sometimes
Have BOY'S GM dept manager's, Order and stock "purple" to boy's plain cotton tshirts.Gildan and Hanes has colors on website. Eden NC sure don't. PLEASE RETRAIN, white young guy's loss prevention on cell phone's😂Geezzz...maybe they could help stock shelves😉
Bring back the price scanners. A lot of them became broken and were taken down. Now the only one I know of is in Deli.
