Most main stage shows (not children's theatre) are 2 hours, 15 minutes with a 15-minute intermission in between. White Christmas runs 2 hours 20 minutes. Enjoy!

You need to add in your eating time, plus the time of the show, since you eat before the show and you do not want to be in a hurry...total experience is a full evening, so commit to that and enjoy.
Plan on a total time with the meal of 2.5 hrs. Of course the show you are seeing may be a little longer.
I would say an average 3 hours per show.
If you can get show only tickets do that.
